These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ek9994 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the ek9994 website located at ek9994.app and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or services made available by ek9994.

By accessing the ek9994 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ek9994, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ek9994 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from any translation of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Access to and use of the ek9994 platform is subject to the following strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher age as may be required by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

• You are acting as an individual private person and not as a company, partnership, or other commercial entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ek9994 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players who access ek9994 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and ek9994 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

Age Verification

ek9994 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised government authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by ek9994 compliance staff will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

To access real-money games and betting markets on ek9994, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one active ek9994 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided during registration must match the documents you hold and may be used to verify your identity.

Account Security

You must notify ek9994 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account is being accessed without your authorisation. You should not share your account login details with any third party under any circumstances. ek9994 will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ek9994 operates a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity of registered players. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold, or at any point at ek9994's reasonable discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification card, proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ek9994 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining real-money balance, after providing the player with advance notice to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate an account by logging in and contacting support.

ek9994 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ek9994 platform for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability and processing times:

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ek9994 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ek9994 account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Pending KYC checks will delay withdrawal processing.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only funds cleared of wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• ek9994 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on Bangladesh public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

ek9994 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit within the promotional period.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• The standard wagering requirement for ek9994 deposit bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sportsbook bets contribute 10% unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Specific game exclusions may apply.

Bonus Abuse

ek9994 actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements rather than for genuine gaming entertainment, and colluding with other players. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended pending investigation.

Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

ek9994 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted by a player will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance. ek9994 also reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or limit the availability of any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the ek9994 platform, including sports betting, live casino, video slots, crash games, and all other game types available in the ek9994 lobby.

General Betting Rules

• All bets and wagers placed on ek9994 are final once confirmed. Players should verify their selections carefully before confirming any bet.
• ek9994 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a clear pricing or data error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the ruling of ek9994's trading team is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement or within the game interface. ek9994 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• All casino game results on ek9994 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. These systems are independently tested and certified by the game providers. ek9994 does not intervene in game outcomes.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• Cricket match outcomes are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, ICC for international events).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with ek9994's market-specific settlement rules, which are accessible from the sportsbook interface.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at ek9994's discretion, including during critical moments of play. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament bets are governed by the official results published by the respective tournament organisers. Any delays in official result publication may delay bet settlement accordingly.

Prohibited Conduct

• The use of automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any other mechanism that places bets without direct human input is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game or betting outcomes is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings gained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Placing bets using insider information that is not publicly available at the time of bet placement is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game outcome, players must contact ek9994 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. ek9994 will investigate all formal disputes and respond within 10 business days. The decision of ek9994's dispute resolution team is final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate to the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

ek9994 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools, information, and support to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ek9994 players and can be activated by contacting support at [email protected] or through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an automatic notification or log-out when a self-selected session duration is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the ek9994 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

Protection of Minors

ek9994 strongly advises all account holders who share a device with family members, particularly children and young people under 18, to enable parental control software on their device and to ensure that their ek9994 login credentials are not accessible to minors. ek9994 will not be liable for any access by a minor that results from a failure to secure account credentials by the registered adult account holder.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Account Closure

A registered player may request closure of their ek9994 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ek9994 will process any pending withdrawals of eligible real-money balances, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by ek9994

ek9994 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Conduct that ek9994 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Use of the platform in a manner that is harmful to the interests of other players or the integrity of the platform.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the inactive account policy set out in Section 3.
• Any regulatory or legal requirement that makes continued operation of the account unlawful.

Where an account is closed by ek9994 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation determines that a material breach has occurred, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, all licences and rights granted to the player under these Terms are immediately revoked. The player must not attempt to re-register on the ek9994 platform without the express written consent of ek9994. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply following account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek9994 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the ek9994 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. ek9994's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
